This week is Science Week and there are a number of activities going on throughout the school. All of the classes will be doing various activities, but some classes are going to be having some visitors talking to them about science and some will be going to various venues to learn all about science.
Monday: Dr. Catherin Buckley, U.C.C. talking to 5th and 6th class.
Tuesday: 6th class visiting Blackrock Observation Centre.
Tuesday: 4th class pupils partaking in Science Week Quiz
Tuesday: 4th class doing science demonstrations for 2nd class.
Wednesday:4th and 6th classes visiting UCC for Dr. Death & his Medievil Science Show.
Even though next week isn’t science week, 3rd and 4th classes are being treated to a workshop on “Blood & Brainwaves” as part of the Cork Science Fesitval, which runs from November 9th – 20th.Click on the picture below to be brought to their website.
