The boys in second class and sixth class have very special days coming up in the next couple of weeks.

The second class boys will be making their Holy Communion on the 23rd of April, while the boys from sixth will be making their Confirmation on the 10th of May. These are special days for the boys, their families and the school community.

After each ceremony the Parents Association [PA]  provide refreshments in the Scared Heart Hall for the families and other members of the parish to enjoy. As part of this the PA have requested:

• That parents/guardians from Junior Infants, Senior Infants and First Classes drop delicious cakes into the school on Friday the 22nd for the Holy Communion.
• That parents/guardians from Third, Fourth and Fifth to contribute for the Confirmation boys on the 9th May for the Confirmation.
