The cake sale that was held in the school on Friday was a success.  It was organised by the Parents Association but run by the 6th class boys.  There was such a variety of cakes donated by the families of St. Joe’s including chocolate cakes, rice krispie buns, butterfly cakes, cup cakes, brownies, pavlova and cheesecake.  Cakes that were left over were donated to Penny Dinners and they were delighted to receive such delicious cakes. €517 was raised and the money will be used towards the cost of the Sciath na Scol buses.  Thank you to all those families who supported the sale.
