The staff and pupils had a magical day today when John Spillane came to play for us in the PBC theatre.  It was particularly special as John is a past pupil of the school and has very fond memories of his school days.  The Bodhrán Bookills welcomed John back with a melody of songs.

John sang many songs with the boys including Báidín Fheilimí, An Poc ar Buile and Trasna na dTonnta, to name but a few.   John was instrumental in making new memories for our present pupils.
