St. Joseph’s played St. Anthony’s in their first game of the hurling Sciath na Scol competition yesterday in a home game.  It was a very exciting game from the start as the boys on both teams played a terrific game.  Even though the boys of St. Joe’s were defeated, they displayed outstanding skill and commitment.  They were not afraid to get stuck in and fight for the sliotar.  It was a fantastic performance.  Congratulations to the boys and their coaches, Ms. Dorris and Ms. Thompson.  We look forward to the next game.
