duine.

This was the first time we organised Friendship week in the school. It was a big
team effort with Miss Thompson, Ms.Kirwan, the Health Promotion Committee
and the Student Council.
For me friendship week was a chance to get to know the younger boys better in
the school and the shyer people just to branch out. We had lots of different
activities organised such as buddy reading, comic drawing and comic reading. My
favourite was Speed friending as it was enjoyable to find information about
hobbies and to bond with the younger children. The friendship tree is a good
idea as it promotes kindness and good deeds when not asked. We have some
really interesting ideas for next year, but you will need to watch this space!
