Thanks to the 10 boys who volunteered to take part in our school’s Gaeilge Flag committee. Over the coming school year the boys will work hard to promote spoken Irish in the school through games, events and competitions. They have done a wonderful job leading by example already.

If any parents and guardians would like to take part and contribute ideas to the group, please contact the school by email. You don’t need to have strong Irish, just a positive attitude.

Míle buíochas do na buachaillí a dheontaigh páirt a ghlacadh ar an gCóiste Bhrath Gaelach. Sa bhliain atá romhainn, beidh na buachaillí ag iarraidh Gaeilge labhartha a chur chun cinn sa scoil trí cluichí, eachtraí agus comóirtisí a eagrú. Tá sár-iarracht déanta acu go dtí seo ag tabhairt an deashampla sa Ghaeilge.

Má thá suim ag tuismitheoirí na scoile bheith páirteach sa grúpa and smaointí a roinnte leo, ní foláir dul i dteangáíl linn tré ríomhpoiste na scoile. Níl gá le Gaeilge laidir a bheith agat, ach dearca dearfach!
