St. Joseph’s annual cake sale was a tremendous success today. The array of cakes that were donated was absolutely amazing. We have some seriously talented pupils, parents and grandparents amongst us it seems! It was very well supported by all families and the time, effort and expense that went into it was very much appreciated. €448.05 was raised in total and it will go towards bus trips for competitions such as Sciath na Scol. Thank you to the Parents’ Association for all their hard work and support. I am astounded by their level of commitment to the school and their support to me over the last couple of months. Mary is dropping the remaining surplus of cakes to charity this afternoon.
