Some photos of our 2nd class boys working hard this week during a problem solving maths lesson. The boys loved using the iPads to play some maths game also!    

Today the boys braved the cold for their first basketball session with coach Ronan. The boys practiced dribbling, different throwing skills and catching. We look forward to the next couple of weeks of basketball coaching.  

We had a fantastic day today on school tour. The military style camp at Fota involved a challenging obstacle course, lighting camp fires, creating shelter and a sniper activity.  

3rd class visited the Cork Butter Museum in Shandon today. The boys learned about the history of the butter trade in Cork in the 19th century and watched a butter making demonstration. We enjoyed the butter with some tasty brown … Continue reading →
