School Self-Evaluation Questionnaire for Parents
Dear parents and guardians,
We are undertaking a self-evaluation of the teaching and learning in maths in our school. To help us in that evaluation, we would be very grateful for your views and opinions on the matters in the PARENT/GUARDIAN questionnaire below.
Your child may complete the PUPIL questionnaire at home, but will be given the chance to complete it at school.
The questionnaires should take between 5 and 10 minutes to complete. We would be very grateful if you would complete it before the 30th January.
