Ms. Bermingham's Senior Infant class did some baking with parent Vikki O'Callaghan. Vikki is a super baker and shared her baking skills with the class. The children made their own cookies and chocolate mug cake... both went down a treat and the class had a fantastic time! Thank you to Vikki for offering to do this activity with the class!
