It is always a highlight of our year when we welcome the Grandparents of the Junior Infant class into St. Josephs to celebrate Grandparents Day. Grandparents play such an important role in the lives of their grandchildren and we can see this clearly when the they come to visit. We said a poem, sang a song and read with our Grandparents. We also got to ask some of them about what school was like for them (very different to what school is like now!) Here are some photos of this special time.
