Boys in Third Class were delighted to have a Lego Education workshop organised by boys from Sixth Class recently. Pupils from Third Class worked in groups of three or four to build vehicles using Lego. They followed a design and then decided which modifications such as propellers, fans and sails, they could add to make their vehicle move. One group were even coding on an iPad to program their vehicle to move. Once finished building, they had a competition to see which vehicle could travel the furthest. Huge thanks to Mr. Barry and Sixth Class for organising such a fun afternoon of STEM activities!
